 TRADING WINDOW CLOSURE FOR THE LISTED COMPANIES FOR THE QUARTER ENDING 30th SEPTEMBER 2025 

For a listed entity in India, trading window closure is governed by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s own Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. 

 

The trading window closure must be defined at least two trading days prior to the commencement of the closure period 

 

Accordingly, for the quarter ending September 2025, the trading window closure will commence effective October 1, 2025. 

 

Deadline to define the closure period on NSDL Issuer Services Portal: September 27, 2025
