DEAD LINE  FOR FILING FORM 11 –ANNUAL RETURN OF LLP IS 30th MAY 2025

Filing Form 11 (Annual Return) is a mandatory compliance for all Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) in India, regardless of turnover or activity status.

WHAT IS FORM 11?

Form 11 is the Annual Return of LLP, containing details of:

·      Partners and Designated Partners

·      Changes in the partnership (if any)

·      Contributions received

·      Other basic information about the LLP

DEADLINE FOR FILING FORM 11 –ANNUAL RETURN OF LLP

·      30th May every year (i.e., within 60 days from the end of the financial year)

·      Financial year ends on 31st March

PENALTY FOR LATE OR NON-FILING WITHIN 30-05-2025

·      ₹100 per day of delay, no upper limit

WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FILING FORM 11 LLP

·      LLPIN of the LLP

·      Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of the Designated Partner

·      Details of all partners (name, DIN/DPIN, PAN)

·      Summary of contributions made by partners

·      Email ID and mobile number of the LLP

Optional: Any change in partners/DPs needs to be filed in Form 4 first.

SOME TIPS FOR FILING FORM 11 LLP:

·      File Form 4 first if there’s a change in partners/designated partners before the date of Form 11 filing.

·      Even LLPs with no business activity must file Form 11.

·      Also keep in mind the Form 8 (Statement of Accounts & Solvency) is due by 30th October each year.
